Meet Louisiana Catalyst

Quentin's career started at Origin Bank in 2007 with a focus in lending and he currently works as Regional Business Development across North Louisiana. He is a co-founder of Louisiana Catalyst which is a co-working space in Downtown Monroe that serves as an incubator and accelerator program for businesses. Quentin is also the Co-Owner of High Tide Rise, a business development group with a concentration in collaboration, marketing and sales.

DeRon is the owner of Key Marketing Solutions. His areas of expertise include content creation, digital and internet marketing, and website and app development. DeRon has served as the Director of Marketing & Communications for the Louisiana Small Business Development Center State Office and has been an award-winning newspaper editor and journalist. DeRon also serves as the Public Information Director for Northeast Delta HSA.

Richard attended Louisiana Tech University and studied economics and finance and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration. Richard started banking as a part-time teller to work his way through college. He is currently a Senior Portfolio Review Specialist at Business Alliance Financial Services in Monroe.

All-in-one real estate agent. Realtor Lauren Guerriero Creekmore is a Monroe, Louisiana native who was raised in local real estate. Lauren is also a professional photographer with a degree in mass communication from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has a trained focus in digital media and has more than a decade of experience in TV commercial film.

A graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Lamont is currently the Director of Human Resources of the Children's Coalition of Northeast Louisiana. He is a member of the NELA SHRM.

As this area’s only Certified Radio Marketing Consultant (designated by Radio Advertising Bureau in 1993), Rick offers his experience and knowledge to develop ideas, assist with planning and producing audio as well as ad placement.
